Each month the Gomers have added a new challenge for the GomerNation to aid in their quest to lose 20 pounds in 2020. Join us in this effort by completing the challenge for the month or stacking these on top of each other. Good luck!
- Be mindful and keep track of what you are eating
- Exercise for 30 minutes per day for the month
- Limit social media
- Sleep 8 hours per day
- Run or walk at least 2 miles 6 times a week
- Drink water only, during the weekdays
- Tom Hanks challenge; No bread, sugar, or alcohol for 2 weeks
- Close your Apple rings (or equivalent); Exercise for 30 minutes, Stand once per hour for 12 hours, burn 600 active calories (adjust goals as required)
- No fast food for October
